HVAC Product Development & Manufacturing

Contributed to the redesign and evaluation of several commercial HVAC products with an emphasis on airflow performance and manufacturability. I used CAD, CFD simulation, prototyping, and lab testing to investigate design changes for ceiling diffusers, linear slot diffusers, and grille components, including evaluating competing concepts and manufacturing tradeoffs. The projects ranged from correcting airflow behavior to simplifying production and developing new prototype geometries.
